The Mask I Wear for Approval, 2020

Unique gelatin silver photograms created during COVID-19 lockdown, Brooklyn, NY.

This body of work confronts the feeling of insignificance. I instinctively express myself in phases in the darkroom. Waxing and waning, these pieces mirror my emotions, facing shadows and harnessing the transformative power of light. Creating each image is a unique and intimate encounter, enabling healing, forgiveness, and personal growth.
